f. 1* recto: Inscribed name of Bartholomeus de Mazaborinis, 15th century (f. 1* recto).
f. 1* verso: Added circular diagram, with the dates of 1440-1441 noted in an inscription regarding the calculation of Easter. (f. 1* is after f. [iii].)ff. 1r-155v : Virgil, Aeneid (omitting Book 2, lines 567-88).
f. 155v: Several lines effaced; possibly a colophon or an inscription relating to ownership.
f. 156r: Added staves of musical notation (f. 156).
f. 158v: Added name of Federicus de Lando, 'juvenis', 15th or 16th century.Decoration:
Historiated initial 'A'(rma) in brown ink with a man in profile (probably Virgil), and an unfinished coat of arms of a shield debruised by a bend (f. 1r). 10 initials in brown ink with foliate motifs (ff. 13r, 25r, 36v, 47v, 61r, 75r, 99v, 112r, 126v, 140v). Added circular diagram (f. 1*v).

Unfinished arms of a shield debruised by a bend (f. 1r).Written c. 1440-41: dates noted in an inscription regarding the calculation of Easter (f. 1*v ).Bartholomeus de Mazaborinis: inscribed with his name, 15th century (f. 1*)Federicus de Lando, 'juvenis': inscribed with his name, 15th or 16th century (f. 158v).The Harley Collection, formed by Robert Harley (b. 1661, d. 1724), 1st earl of Oxford and Mortimer, politician, and Edward Harley (b. 1689, d. 1741), 2nd earl of Oxford and Mortimer, book collector and patron of the arts. Edward Harley bequeathed the library to his widow, Henrietta Cavendish, née Holles (b. 1694, d. 1755) during her lifetime and thereafter to their daughter, Margaret Cavendish Bentinck (b. 1715, d. 1785), duchess of Portland; the manuscripts were sold by the Countess and the Duchess in 1753 to the nation for £10,000 (a fraction of their contemporary value) under the Act of Parliament that also established the British Museum; the Harley manuscripts form one of the foundation collections of the British Library.
