The manuscript contains various additions:

ff. 570r-570v: Theological inscriptions (featuring titles: 'de ira' and 'de accidia'), in an English hand, 15th century.

Foliation: ff. 1* + 574 (+ 1 unfoliated paper flyleaf at the beginning + 1 at the end); f. 574 is made of a parchment leaf pasted to a paper leaf.
Script: Gothic, written below top line
Binding: Post-1600. Brown mottled calf with gold fillets.

Provenance:
Frater Gabriel de Hugonibus, 15th century (Italy): his name in partly erased 15th-century inscriptions on f. 549v: '[dominum] Hugonem socium meum'; and f. 572v: 'Ad usum fratris Gabrielis de Hugonibus concessa [a price?] fratres francischi de Eubio?[or Gubio?; SMAV stamp obstructing the end of the name] anno domini 1487 die 18 jullij' (not in Wright, Fontes Harleiani (1972) or Watson, 'Review' (1973)).
The Franciscan monastery of Sancta Maria Annunciata, Varese (near Lake Como): its bookstamp with the letters 'SMAV' on ff. 1r and 572v; initials standing for Sancta Maria Annunciata Varisii, according to Watson, 'Review' (1973), p. 608.
The Harley Collection, formed by Robert Harley (b. 1661, d. 1724), 1st earl of Oxford and Mortimer, politician, and Edward Harley (b. 1689, d. 1741), 2nd earl of Oxford and Mortimer, book collector and patron of the arts.
Edward Harley bequeathed the library to his widow, Henrietta Cavendish, née Holles (b. 1694, d. 1755) during her lifetime and thereafter to their daughter, Margaret Cavendish Bentinck (b. 1715, d. 1785), duchess of Portland; the manuscripts were sold by the Countess and the Duchess in 1753 to the nation for £10,000 (a fraction of their contemporary value) under the Act of Parliament that also established the British Museum; the Harley manuscripts form one of the foundation collections of the British Library.
