The colophons are found on ff 128v and 152v. The copy was completed on (f 128v) 26 Masrā (Misrah) 1048 Anno Martyrum (27 Aug 1332 CE; transcribed in Cureton and Rieu, Catalogus, 18).
Similarly phrased readers’ notes on ff 2v–3r are dated 1146 Anno Martyrum (1429-30 CE), 1143 Anno Martyrum (1426-27 CE), and 1145 Anno Martyrum (1428-29 CE).
