WELLESLEY PAPERs. Vol. XII. Correspondence and papers relating to Persian affairs; 1800-1815, 1837. The correspondence consists mostly of letters to the Marquis Wellesley from Sir Gore Ouseley when in attendance upon the Persian Ambassador to England in 1809, and as Ambassador Extraordinary to Persia, 1810-1814. Among the papers are: (a) "Outlines of a Memoir relative to the present state of Persia, 1800." f. 1 ;-(b) Instructions from the Earl of Minto, Governor General of India, to Col.
