[1606-1608] on ff. 92 b, 98 b, 151 b, 152 b, 226, 239 b, 252, 327. Paper; ff. ii. + 337. Folio. Early xvii. cent. On f. ii. is the name "Humphry Sydenham, Esq." (18th cent.), sc. Humphrey Sydenham of Combe, co. Som., who died 1710, or his son (see Collinson, Hist. of Somerset, iii. p. 523), and a note by Sir Thomas Phillipps of his purchase of the volumes from the library of Sir Alexander Malet, Bart., of Wilbury, co. Wilts, in 1831 or 1832. Phillipps MS. 4836 (sale-cat. 1908, lot 681).
