BLATHWAYT CORRESPONDENCE. Vol. XI. (ff. 303). Diplomatic papers, chiefly copies, relating to the conference at Frankfort between the Empire and France concerning the French "réunions" in Alsace and on the Rhine and the interpretation of the Treaties of Westphalia and Nijmegen, and to negotiations with the Diet at Ratisbon; 1680-1682. The only two original documents are:-(a) Letter from the Diet to Charles II.; Ratisbon, 22 Aug. 1681.
