" DE nupera Catholicorum in Anglia conspiratione Epistolaris Dissertatio, 1680 ": a tract on the alleged " Popish Plot of 1678, arguing for the innocence of the Catholics. It begins, Nullum ante hoe tempus (vir amicissime et nobilissime) mihi mandasti officium." Autograph (?). The author gives neither his own name nor that of his correspondent, but in recording a dialogue which he had on the subject with a Frenchman he represents himself by the initial T. Paper; ff. ii, 72. A.D. 1680. Phillipps MS. 13157 (sale-cat. 1903, lot 301 b). Quarto.
