The full report was in three " bookes," the first containing a survey of the ordnance, the second proposals for its " disposition and charge," and the third " instruccions for the governement of the offyce." Only the last two are included, each of which (ff. 20, 26) is signed by Sir Lionel Cranfield, Sir Thomas Smythe, Sir John Wolstenholme and seven other commissioners. MSS.-1903.
