Material: Parchment.
Foliation: ff ii + 295. ff 128-9, 146-9, 151, 174-6, and 208-2 are late 13th-century replacements: Carr (2009), p. 456. Four unfoliated paper flyleaves at the beginning and five at the end.
Dimensions: 295 x 225 mm.
Ruling: 215 x 170 mm, written in two columns, 23 lines per column.
Binding: Modern, British Library. An older binding is kept as Add MS 37006/1.
Decoration: Illuminated headbands and initials. Full-page miniature of Christ and a figure identified as Andronicus II Palaeologus added in the late 13th century: Carr (2009).

Provenance:
Church of the Helkomenos, in Monemvasia: probably owned, according to Carr (2009).
An inscription on f 295v refers to the death of Antimos, son of the priest Petrios, in 1519/20.
John Eleutheriou of Corfu, owned on 18 May 1886, when it was inspected by Gregory: Gregory 1900-1909 vol. 1, p. 428.
