Foliation: ff ii + 126. ff i and ii, both of which contain inscriptions in Greek, appear previously to have been paste-downs, but are now flyleaves at the beginning and end, respectively, of the manuscript. One additional unfoliated flyleaf at the beginning and two at the end.
