Boyle's letters to Lord Townshend, 13 May-21 June, 1709, O.S., are in Add. MS. 37635; for copies of the whole correspondence see the description of Add. MS. 38499 below. Lord Townshend's credentials, and full powers and instructions to both envoys, all dated 2 May, 1709, O.S., are prefixed (ff. 1-6). Paper. Small folio.
