Papyrus sheet, square-shaped, complete but damaged by holes, especially along the folds. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, and the back is blank. There are 7 complete lines, which occupy less than half of the sheet. All margins are extant. A sheet-join runs across the fibres along the right edge. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
