Vol. I. of the collections of Gervase Holles, esquire, of Grimsby in the county of Lincoln, a colonel in the service of King Charles I. These collections relate to the principal families in the above county, and contain copies of a great variety of pedigrees, ancient deeds, wills, pleadings, claims, escheats, &c. &c. transcribed from the originals by Mr. Holles and other persons employed by him, in the year 1638 and 1639. The present volume, intitled "Darcy," contains 36 items.
