4to.
Some rhapsodical ejaculations in rhyme, by one W. Tipping, Gent. the burthen of which is the author's repentance for having been seduced to marry an artful strumpet of the name of Fletcher, in whose praise he had formerly written a book; and which marriage seems completely to have deranged his understanding. These are followed by a piece on the story of the Prodigal Son, and several other pious matters in verse. At the beginning of the volume is a list of books written by this madman, among which are two dedicated to King William. Interspersed are some indifferent prints by Van Hove and others, chiefly relating to the story of the Prodigal Son.
