"Observations, rules, and orders, collected out of divers Journalls of the House of Commons entred in the severall reignes of King Edw. the 6th, Queene Mary, Queene Eliz. and King James. With a declaration of the Commons, drawne up by a select committee in the first yeare of King James, concerning their priviledges." With a table. This manuscript was in Lord Somers's collection, and afterwards came into the hands of Mr. Umfreville.
