(1) Dance for harpsichord; 1919. Autograph. Single leaf (ff. 2, 2b) in pencil, overwritten in ink. Tempo, 'With graceful dance movement, rather quick', marked on f. 2. Lacks the dedication to Mrs Violet Gordon Woodhouse given in the first publication of the dance in Music and Letters, i, Jan. 1920, pp. 73-5. See R. Threlfall, A Catalogue of the Compositions of Frederick Delius, 1977, p. 189. ff. 1-2b;- (2) Incidental music for Act I, scene 2, of the original version of J. E. Flecker's play, 'Hassan'; circa 1920-1921. Fragment, in pencil. Comprises the off-stage serenade for tenor and piano, preceded and followed by passages in full score. Mostly autograph, but
ff. 4-5b are partly in the hand of Jelka Delius. See Threlfall, pp. 51-6. ff. 3-5b;- (3) 'Weinrosen' (f. 6); no. 5 ('L´ft de klingre Glaspokalen') of the version with piano accompaniment of 'Seven Danish Songs'; circa 1897. German translation.
