CHURCH HOUSE MANUSCRIPTS. Vol. XI. Chants for psalms at morning and evening prayer on thirty successive days; collected aft. 1840(watermark f. 10). Imperfect, by the excision of most of the last leaf (f. 33), which bears the remnants of pencil sketches. Mostly for four voices in short score. Most of the composers are named.
Paper; ff. i+33. 290 x 235mm. Double chants are written on the recto of the folio for each day and single chants on the opposite verso. Black half- morocco binding with marbled boards.
