(I) 'Klavierstime vom Konzertant Konzert': the pianoforte part of Beethoven's Grand Triple Concerto for pianoforte, violin and violoncello (op. 56). The complete orchestral score was first published in 1807 by the Bureau des Arts et d'Industrie, Vienna, with the title 'Grand Concerto concertant Pour Pianoforte, Violon et Violoncelle, avec Accompagnement de deux Violons, Alto, Flûte, deux Hautbois, deux Clarinettes, deux Cors, deux Bassons, Trompettes, Timballes et Basse'. The present copy of the pianoforte part is the corrected one as sent to the printers, the number 519 on f. 1 being their plate number. Corrections are in some cases made on slips pasted or sewn on to the paper; some, as also the title, are in the hand of the composer. On the verso of one of the slips (f. 25b) is part of an unidentified March in C. Paper; ff. 41 (viz. 1-41). Oblong folio. Circ. 1807. Formerly belonged to Carl Haslinger, Vienna (Kinsky, Das Werk Beethovens: Thematischbibliographisches Verzeichnis, I955, p. 132), head of the music publishing firm which had succeeded the 'Bureau des Arts et d'Industrie'. 'Orsù, non ci pensiamo' are by an unknown author (see Deutsch, Schubert: A documentary Biography, trans. E. Blom, p. 667).
