3. Correspondence of S. T. Coleridge and T. Poole, 1795-1830. Most of Coleridge's letters (86 in all) have been printed, either completely or in extracts, in the Supplement to Biographia Literaria (ed. H. N. Coleridge, 1847); in Thomas Poole, and his Friends (1888), by Mrs. H. Sandford, daughter-in-law of Mrs. J. Sandford, Poole's niece, to whom these letters descended by inheritance or in Letters of S. T. Coleridge (ed. E. H. Coleridge, 1895); and the whole material was used by Mrs. Sandford for the purposes of her book. ff. 82-389.
