Transcripts of diploinatic correspondence, consisting chiefly of letters of Sir Joseph Yorke (Baron Dover 1788), when Ambassador at the Hague, to Sir James Harris, Baron (1788) and Earl (1800) of Malmesbury, when Envoy at Berlin (1772-1776) and Ambassador at St. Petersburg (1776-1783), preceded by a few similar papers and letters of earlier date; 1745-1783. The transcripts were apparently made for the 2nd Lord Hardwicke from the originals lent to him by Lord Malmesbury (v. the latter's letter, 7 June, 1793, f. 1). Paper; ff. 179. Folio.
