HARDWICKE PAPEPS. Vol. CCCCLXXV. "The Manner and Order of the Judicial Proceedings in the Court Marshall according to former Precedents," transcribed (v. note, f 22 b) by Gregory King Rougedragon (ob. 1712), from a MS. lent to him by "Henry Dethick, Windsor," in July, 1687. The latter was then Richmond Herald and was never Windsor. Ff. 1-3 are printed in substance by T. Hearne, Curious Discourses, 1771, ii. p. 243 (cf. also Harley MS. 1065, f. 51). At the end are descents of Fane, Nevil, Willoughby (f. 21), Brook, Lord Cobham (f. 21 b), Bourchier, Lord FitzWarren, Talbot, Lord Furnival, Touchet, Lord Audley, Parker, Lord Morley (f. 22), Rateliffe, Earl of Sussex, and Dacres (f. 22 b).
