Included are many entries copied apparently from a MS. of John Godbold (cf. Add. 35,965). At the end (f. 295) is a full account of Waller's call as Berjeant in 1658, his autobiographical farewell speech at Gray's Inn, the new call after the Restoration, and other calls and appointments to the bench down to 1675.
