1. List of the French fleet that sailed from Brest, 30 Dec. 1794, in the hand of Joseph Sydney Yorke, afterwards Vice-admiral, K.C.B., etc. f. 1.
2. Notes by C[harles Philip] Yorke, afterwards Admiral and (1834) 4th Earl of Hardwicke, when in command of H.M.S. Alacrity, serving in the Mediterranean and particularly in the Greek Archipelago, where he met Lord Byron, Col. Leicester Stanhope, Prince Mavrocordato, Ismail Pasha, the "Maid of Athens," etc.; 29 Nov. 1823-23 July, 1824. f. 4. Followed (f. 58) by brief notes of a journey to Magnesia [Manissa], etc., 13 Sept. 1824-23 Jan. (?) 1825.
3. Journal by the same of a tour in Norway and Sweden, 10 May- 17 Nov. 1828. f. 84. Followed (f. 210) by a short note on the Orkney Islands, 11 Sept. 1829.
4. Journal by the same, when in command of H.M.S. Alligator, chiefly in Greek waters, 1 Sept. 1830-28 Oct. 1832; preceded by the Alligator's "Watch-Bill." Paper; ff. 297. 3 ¾ X 4 ½ in.
