Devon, made by virtue of a writ of extent issued against him, 14 Aug. 5 Geo. II. [1731]. Vellum roll, 5 membranes. Attached is a warrant for the appointment of receivers, 23 Mar. 5 Geo. II. [1732]; signed at the head by George II., and at the foot by [Sir] Robert Walpole and other Commissioners of the Treasury.
