Le tout compi1é à Londres 1743." The compilation was made for Sebastião J. Carvalho e Mello [Marquis of Pombal in 1770] during his residence in England as Ambassador; and there are several marginal notes in his handwriting. At the end is a copy of the printed tract, intitled, "Letters in the original, with Translations, and Messages that passed between the King, Queen, Prince, and Princess of Wales on occasion of the Birth of the young Princess," 5 July-20 Sept. 1737, f. 253; and a genealogical table of the family of Camara, Counts of Calheta, etc. Port. f. 270.
