PART of a Syriac manuscript, consisting of thirteen leaves, containing Sermons of Chrysostom on the forty days'' fast, on the human nature of Christ, and on the contention of our Lord with Satan ; written, probably, in the xith century, over the text of a Latin Grammarian (the portion legible treats de verbo and de adverbio), which has been, in its turn, written over fragments of the Latin Annals of Gaius Granius Licinianus, in uncial letters, ascribed to the viith century. These fragments of Licinianus were edited by Dr. Karl Pertz of Berlin, in 1857, and re-edited, more correctly, at Bonn, in 1858 Quarto. 17,212.
