4. "The Reioynder of Dauid Ramsey, Esq.," etc., f. 9.
5. "The waie of Duels before the King," f. 13.
6. "The manner of the proceeding betweene Donald Lord Reay and David Ramsey, Esq. Their coming to and cariage at their Tryall, beginning vpon Munday November 28, 1631," etc.; and resumed at seven subsequent times, of which the last is dated Saturday [14 Jan. 1632], followed by a note of a protest made by Ramsey on the following day, f. 18.
