[d. 1634], Richard Lovelace the Cavalier [d. 1658], Jasper Mayne, Canon of Ch. Ch. Oxford [d. 1672], Robert Herrick [d. 1674], Sir Edmond Steward and Edward, 1st Lord Denny [d. 1630]; together with anonymous poems, and others bearing the signatures of "M. J." [supposed by Dr. Bliss to stand for Jasper Mayne], "B. J." and "J. D." At the end (f. 71) is an "Index of Names," including those addressed, as well as names of authors. The poem entitled "K. Oberons his Apparrell" (f. 62), to which is appended the name of "Sir Edmond Steward," is printed in "Bibliographical Miscellanies" (Oxf. 1813), as by Sir Simeon Steward. Paper; XVIIth cent.
