JACOBI Foroliviensis commentarii in Galeni Parvam Artem. In a colophon on f. 198 b, the author is called Jacobus de laturre de Forlivio. Paper; in double columns; XVth cent. At the top of the first page is written, "Liber iste est meus qui vocor Matheus de Mathematicis de Forlio;" and the date, "Anno Domini 1302, die 1 Junii," is added and has been subsequently altered into 1382. The note is in the handwriting of Frater Elisius, of the Friars Preachers of Mantua, who has also written at the end of the book an account of the "Mathematici," at the close of the XVth cent.; but the date has been erased, and 1389 substituted.
