This draft, which was not accepted by the Turks, differs slightly from the final version, 19 Oct. 1866, as printed in Aus dem Leben Karls von Rumänien, i, 1894, pp. 134-135;-(f) Letters from the Khedive Ismail and his relatives; [ 1863-1865 ] - 1869. ff. 41- 47.
