EGMONT PAPERS. Vol. CXVII (ff.i+27). Egmont MS. 222. Rental of Sir Philip Perceval; bef. 1641. Copy, made for Sir John Perceval, 1st Bart. (see note in the 1st Lord Egmont's hand on f.1) presumably after Sir Philip's death in 1647. The contents relate to lands in his various estates in cos. Kildare, Dublin, Cork, Kerry and Waterford and include particulars of title. An index is at ff. 25-27. At ff. 1-2, apparently used as a cover, is an imperfect copy on vellum, 1650, of a bargain and sale, 1648. Some leaves excised at the end.
