The original binding and the protocol are preserved. Additional leaves from this codex, containg entries from Φ-Ω, are preserved in Berlin as P. Berol. inv. 25006.

Material: Papyrus.
Foliation: ff 33, and fragments.
Dimensions: Folios of 340 x 250mm, now housed in thirty-three glass cases measuring 395 x 305mm, and numerous fragments of various sizes, housed in three glass cases.
Ruling: No formal ruling, but writing space generally around 300 x 200mm.
Script: Byzantine minuscule cursive.
Binding: Original binding, with a flap, of red leather over papyrus boards, with patterns painted in black ink on both covers (though one cover, likely the front, is much defaced).

Written at Aphrodito in 716-717 (Grohmann 1924). The protocol is that of 'Abd-al-Malik ibn Rifa'a, governor of Egypt in 715-717.
