- Four fragments from the same papyrus roll as P.Berol. inv. 5026, light-brown; written on both sides. On the front, there is one column of 47 lines along the fibres, with lines 1-23 lacking the beginnings; this column precedes the ones on the Berlin papyrus. Lines are uneven and of different length; the left margin is wide. Portions of 3 lines written along the fibres are visible on the back. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame, with a small opening on the back to show the writing.
