Accounts arranged in columns damaged throughout, listing places in the Memphite nome and people with sums stated in artabas; an eight year of an unnamed emperor is mentioned at the beginning (possibly 370-371). On the recto, at the end of columns 1-2 a different hand, which is to be found on the back as well, repeated the lines of the beginning of each column. Additional unplaced fragments are housed separately, in the frame named as Papyrus 99*. The dark papyrus on the right-hand side of this frame is a list (metechthesis), of which 9 broken lines survive.

Materials: Papyrus.
Dimensions: Larger fragment: 280 x 650 mm; fragments of varying size in Papyrus 99*, the largest being 115 x 60 mm. Housed in two glass cases, named as Papyrus 99 and Papyrus 99*, measuring 360 x 940 mm and 180 x 250 mm respectively.
Script: Various hands: small hand, with several cursive elements; larger and irregular hand, less cursive, at the bottom of columns 1-2 of the recto and on the verso; the hand of the dark brown papyrus in 99* is upright and regular, with cursive traits.
