Upper piece (A): Small papyrus piece, complete, with writing on one side across the fibres; the back is blank. The text is complete and consists of six lines. All margins are extant.
Lower piece (B): Rectangular piece of parchment, with writing on one side, the back being blank. The text is complete and consists of three lines. All margins are extant.
