Papyrus sheet, damaged at the left and bottom, lacking most of its lower part. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. Occasional abrasion occurs. Parts of 26 lines survive, with the first 10 better preserved. Upper, right and lower margins measure 24 mm, 10-14 mm and 78 mm respectively. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Small, neat, upright semi-cursive hand, displaying some sequences of letters more cursively written.
