With subscription of Cephalas written by Heron, son of Satyrus, on his behalf, and registration docket at the end.

Light-brown papyrus sheet, complete, although slightly damaged, especially along the vertical folds. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, with the back blank; the text is complete and consists of 36 lines; all margins are extant, the right and bottom being minimal. Upper and left margins measure 32 and 20 mm respectively. The surface is slightly abraded in places. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Dimensions: 240 x 119; housed in a glass case measuring 280 x 175 mm.
Script: Experienced, rapid cursive hand of small size, occasionally compressed at the end of the lines; rapid, upright cursive with increased speed from line 26 for the subscription; the last line displays larger and thicker letters.
