Papyrus sheet, darker by patches, lacking its right-hand side and with some holes in the middle. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. There are two columns: the first is complete, of the second, only the beginnings of the lines survive. Upper, lower and left margins are extant; the intercolumn measures 3-10 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
