A lease of one arura of an oliveyard near Psenharpsenesis for a period of three years, the lessees being Petesuchus and Apis and the lessor Artemis, daughter of Ptolemaeus, with her husband as a guardian. Ptolemaeus, son of Castor, wrote on behalf of Petesuchus and Apis because they are illiterate.

Light-brown papyrus sheet, with surface damage in places, lacking the upper right edge and with some holes. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank. The text consists of one column of 21 lines; the second line is slightly indented; some blank space separates the last three lines from the rest of the text. Margins are extant: no space was left to the right; the blank space at the bottom measures 45 mm. A sheet-join running across the fibres along the height of the papyrus is visible at 20-25 mm from the right edge. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
