- Papyrus sheet in poor condition, badly damaged by holes of varying size throughout in addition to the loss of the top left edge. The text runs along the fibres on one side, with the back blank; there are 24 lines, mostly incomplete; the last three lines are separated from the rest of the text by some blank space. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
