-
Settlement through Aquilian stipulation of a dispute over possession of a parcel of a house-property in Apollonopolis between Ioannes, deacon from Apollonopolis, and Philemon and his wife Thekla, resolved in favour of the latter. In this document Ioannes and any successor in interest renounce to all their claims and acknowledge the full rights of the couple over the property. Dated to 22 Epeiph, 6th indiction; with autograph subscriptions of Ioannes and witnesses, and four tachygraphic lines at the end. The papyrus belongs to the archive of Philemon and Thekla.
