Papyrus sheet, complete, but damaged by holes and abrasion in places; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There are 15 lines; the margins survive, with no margin having been left to the right. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass frame.

Script: Thin, small, rapid cursive hand with a slight slant to the right.
