Dated to the 8th Tybi in the 6th indiction, in the reign of the emperors Flavius Heraclius and Flavius Heraclius Iunior Constantinus.

Dimensions: 1110 x 360 mm. Framed in a glass case measuring 1250 x 520 mm.
Script: Good-sized upright semi-cursive in the body of the document; eight additional hands from line 69 to end.

Origin: Apollonopolis Magna, Apollonopolite nome, Egypt.
Provenance: Apollonopolis Magna, Apollonopolite nome, Egypt. Greater part of this papyrus was presented to the British Museum by the Reverend Arthur Cayley Headlam (b. 1862, d. 1947) in 1893, together with Papyri 448-449; the rest was purchased by the British Museum together with Papyrus 209 from the Reverend Randolph Humphrey Berens (b. 1844, d. 1923) on 23 June1891.
