Application for a one-year lease of a store comprising, among the other things, a tower, a courtyard, and five store-rooms, at a rent of 45 artabas of wheat. The lessee is Herieus, son of Herieus, of Soknopaiou Nesos, aged 50, and the lessors are two men, both named Stotoetis, who are leasing land belonging to the temple of Socnopaeus. The lessors are responsible for repairs, and the lessee for the care of the produce stored there; the lessee also undertakes to provide the lessors a store-room in the building. With subscription of Herieus.

Papyrus sheet, complete, with few holes located in the lower half; written on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. There is one column of 33 lines, complete; all margins are extant, with no margin having been left to the right. A sheet-join runs across the fibres along the height of the sheet at c. 20 mm from the right edge. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
