Papyrus sheet, complete, with small holes located in the middle and slight surface damage. Writing runs along the fibres on one side, the back being blank; the text is complete and consists of 17 lines. All margins are extant, with the right being minimal. The blank space at the bottom measures 55-60 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.

Script: Thick and rapid cursive hand, with a tendency to become smaller at the ends of the lines, slightly uneven.
