Aurelius Iulius of Dionysias undertakes to produce Ammonius, son of Soouk, of the village of Taurinou, whenever he is requested. The document is addressed to Flavius Abinnaeus. After some blank space there is the date and the undertaking is repeated. Paulus wrote on behalf of Iulius, who is illiterate.

Fully preserved papyrus sheet, written on one side along the fibres. All margins are extant, the upper being slightly damaged. Vertical folds are visible. The blank space at the bottom measures 90 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
