Papyrus sheet, complete, somewhat damaged along the vertical folds, with surface damage in the middle, along the height of the sheet. Writing is on one side along the fibres, the back being blank. The text is complete and consists of 26 lines; all margins are extant, with no margin having been left to the right; the blank space at the bottom measures 47 mm, the upper margin 25 mm. The papyrus is mounted on cardboard in a glass case.
