Certificate of sale of a house with veranda and empty plots in Soknopaiou Nesos, purchased by Satabous from the priest Chairemon and his wife. The beginning of the papyrus has the Demotic text with the cession of the house (P.Dime III 5); after a blank space, two Greek lines contain date, place and abstract of the document; after further blank space, there is the body of the Greek document; with subscriptions of Chairemon in Greek and of Satabous in Demotic at the end. Dated to Hathyr 24, 41st year of Augustus. The document belongs to the archive of Satabous and Greek copies of it are to be found in SB I 5231, 5275, CPR XV 2-4.
