Recto (P.Lond. II 264r. descr., TM 130908, LDAB 130908): Five columns, three of which complete, written in Demotic and containing a hymn to Sobek, who is described as a cosmic and solar deity, source of all life; praises are addressed to him. Traces of an underlying Greek text, which was apparently washed out, are still visible.
Verso (P.Lond. II 264v. descr., TM 25618): List of names, the purpose of which is uncertain, arranged in narrow columns.

Fragment from a papyrus roll, written on both sides, bearing Greek writing on the verso and Demotic writing on the recto; traces of an underlying Greek text on the recto, which was washed out, are visible. Overall well preserved, yet incomplete, with holes affecting the writing on both sides; housed in one glass case.
