A papyrus fragment, written on one side along the fibres and preserving 1 column of 22 lines, of which only the middle section survives. The upper margin survives to 12 mm, but the left, right and bottom sides are broken. The surface is abraded at places. Mounted on cardboard and housed in one glass case.

Dimensions: 100 x 38 mm; Housed in one glass frame measuring 153 x 90 mm.
Script: Small square uncial hand, mainly bilinear, but with some extended characters. Diaeresis occurs; elision is not marked. Iota adscript is not present.
